Take Initiative
Summary
What does it mean 'the kigdom is ours'? - we are to be active i our relationship with God and others.
1. With God i prayer. Can I really live i God's kigdom, but not on your own. Ask, seek, knock for God's help, and to know him better. Where would God be on our list of most contacted people? When should we do this? Regular times. or regular quick prayers. How - make lists. Have a prayer partner. Or in a Bible study group.
2. With others. v12 We are to treat people as God treats them. Its a command - 'do'. Uniquely Christian - active command - it may be costly. But if we have everything (from God) we can afford to be generous. How do we like to be treated? Remember - God's help is always available.
