Joining God's Search Team
Summary
Attitude problem towards others.
1. When things are lost. You look for things you value. Jesus has the same concern for lost people. One out of 100 sheep is not much, but Jesus still cared. Celebration when things are found. When relationships with God are restored, God and the angels rejoice. Lost things don't find their own way. God is a searching God.
2. Changing our attitude to be like God's. Sinners will listen. He is a model for those who have been saved - we are to be part of the search crew.
3. Need to learn. (a) We need to remember that God is actually searching, and saving people every day. (b) We too were once lost but now found. (c) Prayer by committing people to God, I also have them in our minds.
